Unscripted Show Cast Auditions

Unscripted is proud to announce auditions for our first improv performance ensemble. This cast will perform both at Third Coast (during FUN shows - fundraisers for the org) and at off-site locations for community outreach (ex of previous shows: FiftyForward, Metro Parks/community centers, Fisk University, Conexión Américas). It is an opportunity to serve as an ambassador for improv/Unscripted in the community, perform in new places for new audiences, and connect your improv skills with the community.

Auditions: Saturday March 4 9:30-11:30 am at Third Coast Comedy Club theater

Casting transparency: The audition panel will take the following into consideration:

• Improv experience and artistry

• Involvement or commitment to Unscripted programs and values

• Collaborative approach to performing and practicing

• Performers of all backgrounds, experience levels, and identities are encouraged to audition

• Availability

Ensemble members volunteer to perform for a commitment of one calendar year. Coaches/producers are paid to lead rehearsals and manage performance logistics. Everyone gets to celebrate with a big party sometime toward the end of the year.
