Chris Yarnall

Chris Yarnall (he/him) is originally from a small town in Upstate New York called Watertown, which is where those car air fresheners shaped like trees are made. His career in comedy theatre began with an unintentional faceplant in a high school production of Guys and Dolls. Now, he is the Grants Specialist in the Department of Biological Sciences at Vanderbilt University and the Volunteer Grants Manager at Unscripted. He first got involved with Unscripted to become more involved in the Nashville improv community, and he feels grateful to be part of such a positive, impactful organization.

Chris is a student of the Third Coast Training Center at Third Coast Comedy Club and a member of the Vanderbilt Community Chorus. In his free time enjoys attending music and theatre performances, practicing/performing improv comedy, and hiking. He is also the loving father of two houseplants named Francesca and Felix.
