BRIAN JONES (he/him) arrived in Nashville in 2021 after 20 years in Los Angeles with many years in TV, film, and stage work. As a professional improvisor, he's performed internationally in Impro Theatre's series of longform improvised plays in the styles of Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Tennessee Williams, Charles Dickens, and Stephen Sondheim. As an actor his main love has been his comedy work with Nickelodeon, Disney, and the Jim Henson Studios. As a teacher of all ages and improv levels, he especially loves his work with Pepperdine University, CLU, and Loyola Marymount college. When he's not running after his four adventurous kids, he's teaching in his home studio to students all over the country. His main passion is using the art of improv to help others find the joy and empathy in spontaneous storytelling.
