Megan O’Roark (she/her) grew up in Memphis – has very strong opinions about barbeque – and moved to Nashville following graduation from Sewanee: The University of the South.

With an M.Ed. in Nonprofit Leadership from Belmont University, Megan has spent her career working in nonprofit. She is passionate about investing in building capacity for the sector through data-driven strategy and collaboration so that all boats rise through real and positive systems level change.

When she’s not working, Megan is most likely traveling with her husband Darwin, attending concerts, shows, operas, or various sporting events. Life is about balance, right? You can also find her attending a board meeting or playing violin with the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra.
